Healthy Food Choices Make Healthy Lifestyle

Many people desire to live a healthy lifestyle but due to the no time policy they are not able to have healthy food. Healthy food always leads to a healthy life you just need to change your food choices. The following do's list presents healthy food choices:

• Include grains in your food
• Soft tortillas made of either corn or whole wheat
• Use whole wheat flour
• Buy leaner cuts of meat
• Seasonal veggies 
• Less salt consumption
• Low cholesterol oil or olive oil
• Use frozen food
• Cook at least once in a while
• Use yoghurt, soya milk, curd, consume low-fat milk
• Eat oysters, nuts, peas, cashew, almonds for snacks but in quantity
• Use chia seeds in your water or smoothie drink
• Drink a lot of water

Now the don'ts are as follows:

• Say no to artificial sugar (only naturally found in fruits and veggies)
• Avoid red meat
• Say no to chips and fries (very high in calories) eat boil potatoes.
• Avoid alcohol especially beer
